Hey everyone, thanks for commenting on this, glad to know it is possible. I have been pretty busy these past few days so I haven't had a chance to hop on hehe :D
Sorry it was kind of a confusing question, but yes I would like this to be Guild Wars like, where you can level though the area, but once you are the max level of the area you cannot level any more. I'll try to explain this better.
Zone (or map) A is level 80 (level 80 mobs)
Zone B is level 90
Zone C is level 100
Player can level in zone A from 1-80, 80 being the max set level for that zone. Once the player is level 80, they must go to Zone B in order to level to 90. If player enters Zone A at lets say level 85, their level will be scaled down to level 80, a long with stats. Spells in this case won't really matter because I do not plan to add more ranks of spells past level 80. Same with Zone B, if the player is 95, and enters Zone B, they will be scaled to 90, and Zone A, 80.
And with the gear, I will just have it be an heirloom piece where it will just automatically scale to 80, 90, or 100 depending on the zone they are in. The reasoning behind this is because I don't want a level 100 to go into an 80 zone and be over powered, and power level someone through instances or whatever.
Thanks again :)
