the ip should be like 192.168.1.100 or something like that if you run cmd and type ipconfig you will see your ip there and yes. that is the ip you need to use in portforwarding.
if it shows all ports closed then you are not opening them properly or you are double natted a router behind a router and that is annoying to work arounfd. and btw most isp's dont allow port 80 to open unless you have a bussiness account. you will have to setup your apache to run on an alternate port that is free that can be opened.
im going to sleep someone please take over from here im finnaly passing out LOL 5 days no sleep now = crashing to sleep
that tells you your ports are not open. so you must not have them pointing to your internal ip or your isp is blocking them. srry i must sleep now
You might want to follow a guide for making your server public.
If you're hosting it on the same computer you're playing on, you can connect using 127.0.0.1 instead of your external IP, but others must use your external IP. (www.ipchicken.com)
You want to forward your ports http://www.howtogeek.com/66214/how-t...n-your-router/ and put your external IP in your auth.realmlist database table. That's all you usually need to change from the default settings, the only thing you need to change in your configs is how the MySQL server connects (user/password and db names).
Edit: nvm, glad you've got it working.
