Hyperion (Faded) and I decided yesterday to make EmuDevs more compact. This will take away the inactive sections, leave Member Hub and Support sections - support is what EmuDevs is here for so make those support threads, and we'll try to help! Premium section was also removed since nobody donates anymore to help us keep the site going (what gives!?); however, premium members can still advertise on EmuDevs.

I hope you guys are satisfied with our decision. You can make suggestions, we're listening.

Not sure how you can measure support between two usegroups as it will still give you the same result as a normal member or premium. There's no such thing as "better support". Separate support will ruin your chances at solving your issue regardless - that way you'll receive more help in the public support forums opposed to a private forum.
