I'm using ElunaTrinityWotlk commit (f6993edab9dd2090fa458619bd27a2af112989e4)

I have a problem (Issue in Trinitycore github : https://github.com/TrinityCore/TrinityCore/issues/1775 )

Hunters only can tame pet if haste = 0 but when have haste you can't tame beast.
Mage Arcane missels hit 3 times
Penace hit 1 or 2 times if you have haste.

The channeled spells ends before the real time.

Remove succubus fix and it should work.

I think the succubus fix not change anything because all code added by script are inside if conditions. And didn't changed original script , only added more conditions to spells .

I wouldn't really recommend in implementing patches like this. They could potentially be made with a ton of issues if not looked through yourself. If you think this is related to TrinityCore's fuck-ups (which it looks like it because you have quite a few issues,) I'd recommend creating an issue on their issue tracker. Have you actually tried to update your source and see if those issues still persist? The Penace issue ticket you linked is pretty old. Are you sure it isn't this custom patch doing stuff? I'd remove it to find out.
