Hi everyone, how's it going ?

First of all, I'm very new to trinity-compiling thingy, but I've been great.

So I met up with this problem when compiling the trinity in MSVS 2013 as of the following image:

In order to clarify the error, the error itself is shown by the selected line in blue.

Thanks alot guys, have a nice day!

Since you're new to compiling TC (or in general), do you have the following Redistributable Packages?

Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Package (x86) (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5555)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Package (xX) (http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/11/en-us/downloads/vc-redist#vc-redist)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable Update (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679)
Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Package (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784)

As well as .NET framework 3.5 or greater?

Seems like the compiler can't copy over the config files. Did you run CMake correctly and everything? You can view this thread (http://emudevs.com/showthread.php/2499-How-to-CMake) to make sure you didn't miss anything or did everything correctly.

Hi there Tommy,

Thanks for the quick reply, and yeah I have everything upgraded to their latest version, such as .NET 4.5.1 and 2013 VC Redistributable package and so on.

However, the results remain the same, there are still errors displayed.

Prior to the current errors, there were errors occurred before the current error popped up but I somehow managed to "fix" it, thus I'm not certainly sure it fixed the whole situation though:

So the above's picture displays the errors occurred before this errors. All I did was, deleting all of codes that create errors.

I noticed that I haven't downloaded the 2008 Redistributable package, downloaded it. Errors still occurred, re-installed CMAKE, built the solution, WORKED. aiyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Let me award a picture and pretty much my reaction: http://i.imgur.com/gtZpYq7.gif

Thanks alot, I'll be around this forum.

Sorry for the late reply, been playing games. That life, eh? Anyway, glad you got it solved; I figured it was something in between the packages.
