Hey all
I want ask u how i can mage Spells from mobs stronger?
I tryed all in database but stilll same damage

I honestly don't get the question. You want to make Mage spells stronger towards npcs?

I want make from 4 mobs the spells that the spells do more dmg they just do 90 DMG with his normal spell

Because Tommy is so demanding I'm gonna give a more in-depth answer than before.

To change the damage of most spells you will have to open up Spell.dbc (located in your core folder) with a DBC editing tool (Tallis is a decent tool for this. Link below.) and edit a few columns.

Column #0 is the spell entry.
Column #71-73 define the effect of the spell.
Column #80-82 define the basepoints of the spell. In your case they most likely define the amount of damage the spell will do.

In most cases, you'll be fine by just editing column #80-82, depending on how many effects the spell has. In other cases you'll have to do some different stuff that I won't be explaining in this post.

Give us the spell id(s) next time as it makes it a lot easier for us to help.

Do note that by just applying the changes server side you will not see any changes on the spell's tooltip in-game. In order to fix that you will have to make a custom patch for the client but it usually doesn't matter when it comes to boss spells.
